This lovely 2-bedroom townhouse is located in a fenced and secured complex in the Tombs of the Kings area, very close to the beach with beautiful gardens and well maintained communal pool with sunbeds and umbrellas all around! There is also free parking space for those hiring a car. The townhouse is family friendly, fully equipped, with good internet and all the amenities you would need for the perfect vacations! The entrance takes you to the kitchen on the left and guest bathroom on the right, following the dinning area and living area. Further ahead is the balcony doors leading to the outdoor patio with garden furniture and a BBQ to enjoy! The staircase in the living room goes up to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is a 3rd bedroom which is locked. The entire rest of the townhouse is available to the guests. It is 7 minutes walk to Lidl and within 10 minutes walking distance from the beach front and several restaurants and shops, situated in a quiet location, allowing you to enjoy your holidays. ***POOL USAGE*** The complex regulations require all guests accessing the pool, to wear a wristband. Kids up to the age of 12 are not required to wear wristbands, but are required to be accompanied by an adult. You will find 4 wristbands in the house, please make sure you do not lose or damage them, as we will have to charge you 50 euro for each lost wristband. ***Blue FOB for the gates*** Similarly to the pool wristbands, in case you lose the Blue FOB for the gates, you will also be charged 50 euro for a replacement.
