Description
The space has an overall modern look. The living room is air-conditioned with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV with an android box connected to the internet and fully setup. There is a balcony where you can enjoy your morning breakfast with the sunrise, or a nice evening glass of wine at sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery and glasses. There is an electric cooker with 1 pot and 1 frying pan. You will also find a toaster, a kettle, a microwave oven and a fridge.
There is a little cupboard with an electric iron and ironing board inside. As well as a cloth drying hanger.
One bedroom has a king sized bed with individual lighting spots, it is air-conditioned and in the wardrobe you will find hangers for your clothes and an electric hair-dryer.
There is plenty of plugs on the walls all over the house to connect your chargers and other electrical appliance.
Every individual visitor will have a set of a face towel, hand towel, bath towel and a beach towel.
The kitchen will be equipped with coffee and sugar, salt & pepper, seasonal fruits, a bottle of mineral water, dish washing liquid soap with a clean sponge and a clean kitchen towel.
The bathroom will be equipped with liquid hand soap and toilet paper and several other cleaning stuff.

The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Kato Paphos (tourist area). Please be informed that it is possible to hear the music from the bars nearby in the evenings.
There is currently a construction site near the apartment and there is a possibility for noise.
Our apartments are fully renovated and located in the heart of the tourist area of Kato Paphos.
It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and next to many restaurants and shops, allowing you to enjoy your holidays to the maximum.
There is a main building door which opens with a code. Once inside, you may drop off your luggage if you arrive earlier than the check-in time.
Once upstairs, you will find a free to use washing machine that is available for the tenants of all 3 apartments. Please be respectful to the other guests when using it by not leaving your clothes in the washing machine for long after it has finished.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a beautifully designed living room and kitchen area combined together. A comfortable sofa bed is also provided in the living room that sleeps 2 more guests.
Then each apartment has its own private entrance with everything you will need for your vacations in Paphos!

In case you hire a car, there is a free parking on the premises with 1 reserved parking spot for you.
There is a bus station very close to the apartment (right outside the big church Agioi Anargyroi)
There are taxis all around Kato Paphos, especially at the harbor area. Unfortunately, Uber type services have not started yet in Cyprus.
Regarding your arrival:
We can arrange a pick-up and a drop-off service to and from the Paphos airport for an extra charge, cheaper than regular taxi. The price depends on the number of guests and the time of day. Please contact us to find out more.
Alternatively you can get bus 612 from the airport to the harbor terminal and walk to the apartment. It is less than 10 minutes walk.1 review -

The apartment is located on the second floor, giving its private balcony the perfect height to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean seas. As you walk in the apartment, you find yourself in the living area joined by the dinning area. To the left is the balcony and to the right is the kitchen. As you enter the hall way past the kitchen, you have the bathroom to your right side and one of the bedrooms on your left. Further to the end of the hall is the second bedroom.
All areas are fully air-conditioned with a good wifi signal.
There is plenty of space to park your car outside.
The pool is communal and well maintained, for you to enjoy a swim.. unless if you prefer to take a 3 minute walk to the sea.
The apartment in located between the Kings Avenue Mall and the Lighthouse Beach. It is very ideal for travelers who don't wish to rent a car during their stay. It is a quiet area with all the amenities within a few minutes walk.
