This beautiful sea-view apartment is a true gem, located conveniently right behind Lidl Supermarket, at the Tombs of the Kings area, very close to the sea.
The pool is surrounded by a well kept garden and is equipped with sun-beds.

Situated conveniently next to the Tombs of the Kings Avenue road, you'll have easy access to everything you need during your stay in Paphos.
One of the best features of our apartment is its location near bus stations on both sides of the road. From here, you can take a short bus ride to the bustling Paphos Harbor, a popular tourist destination where you can enjoy the scenic Mediterranean views, fresh seafood, and shopping. On the other side of the road, you'll find Coral Bay, another popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters.
When you're not out exploring, you'll find plenty of amenities nearby. The supermarket Lidl is right next to the complex, making it easy to stock up on groceries and other essentials. If you're looking for a bite to eat, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, offering a variety of local and international cuisine.
Despite its convenient location, the neighborhood of Kings Gardens is relatively quiet and peaceful. This lovely apartment is located in a big complex of residences in the heart of the tourist area of Paphos.
It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and all the restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet location, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holidays.
Externally, in a gated area is a large communal swimming pool with sun-beds and shower, surrounded by a well kept garden. A communal on-site parking is also available for those arriving by car.
In a try to stand out from within a crowd of rental properties that are well designed to offer accommodation with just the basics, this apartment has been renovated and designed in such way to make guests feel they are staying in a warm home that covers all their needs.
The whole house is available for the visitors to enjoy.
The parking lot is free and no specific spots are reserved, so you may park wherever you want without worrying if you are using someone's spot.
The pool area is communal. You will have a special fob on the keys that unlocks the pool gates so you can enjoy it at any time (given that noise will be to a minimum during late hours, to avoid being a nuisance to neighbors)
There are many tourist rentals in the neighborhood and in the complex, making it a tourist friendly place.
The apartment is part of one of the biggest complexes of Kato Paphos with one of the biggest pools. Located close enough to the heart of the tourist area and far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Beaches, popular cafes and restaurants street, popular bar street, the mall, the harbor, main bus station, archaeological sites and more.. all within walking distance :)

There is a kiosk and a laundry service within 2 minutes walk.
There is a supermarket with bakery in it within a 5 minutes walk.
Several cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops nearby within 2 minutes walk
The Kings Avenue Mall is within about 10 minutes walk.
Closest beaches 10-15 minutes walk.
In case you hire a car, there is a free parking on the premises without reserved spots, so you can park anywhere without worrying if you took someone's spot. :)
There is a bus station very close to the apartment (right outside the big church Agioi Anargyroi)
There are taxis all around Kato Paphos, especially at the harbor area. Unfortunately, Uber type services have not started yet in Cyprus.
Regarding your arrival:
We can arrange a pick-up and a drop-off service to and from the Paphos airport for an extra charge, cheaper than regular taxi. The price depends on the number of guests and the time of day. Please contact us to find out more.
Alternatively you can get bus 612 from the airport to the harbor terminal and walk to the apartment. It is about 10 minutes walk. In this case, please let us know what time you expect to be at the Paphos Harbor Terminal Bus Station and if we can, we will try to meet you there and give you a ride to the apartment.
